Gear
pointy yellow-brim hat
sits on the head as ceremonial wizard drip and maybe slight weather cover
Abilities
twin-stream spit hex
both forward arms fire dotted blue jets that look like water, mucus, or very committed saliva
blood-lamp eyes
round red irises stare so hard opponents might flinch before the spray lands
Weakness
the hat is a sail; one good breeze and the whole hex slides off-stage
Also noted: four limbs plus two spray arms, white jelly torso outlined in blue, hat is bigger than the head.
